/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
I find my optimal work-life balance by practicing yoga. My designs reflect this in the form of a harmonious spatial atmosphere and a balanced working environment that promotes both physical and mental well-being.

/ What fascinates me the most about my job.
Creating emotions through unique interior design and seeing a project evolve from an initial idea to a finished workspace.

/ In spatial planning, I place particular importance on.
The spatial atmosphere. The client should feel comfortable in the spaces. The concept must reflect the client's identity and perfectly match their needs. To create this atmosphere, I pay particular attention to the connection between color and material.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
After work, I enjoy discovering culinary specialties and also like to cook refined dishes myself. These experiences flow into my designs to create office spaces that provide employees with inspiring and inviting places where they can relax, recharge, and be creative.

/ New Work means to me.
Creating a work environment that adapts to new technologies and allows people to evolve. This means being flexible and becoming creative to handle challenges.

/ In spatial planning, I place particular importance on.
Our world is spinning faster and faster, so it is important to particularly appreciate what already exists. In my spatial planning, I place particular importance on sustainability and the genius loci. Genius loci means that places have a special atmosphere or mood that is shaped by their history, surroundings, and the people there.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
Diving – my favorite hobby offers a fascinating opportunity to explore the underwater world. It allows not only to immerse oneself in a silent, alien world but also to experience colors, shapes, and living beings that otherwise remain hidden. The weightlessness underwater and the tranquility far from everyday life are incomparable. Much like an interior designer shapes an apartment or office, divers create a new, harmonious space through their movement and perception. The diversity of underwater landscapes also inspires interior design: organic shapes, natural colors, and a calming atmosphere can be found in living spaces. Thus, the passion for diving and designing interiors are more connected than one might initially think.

/ What fascinates me about my job.
What fascinates me about my job in interior design is the opportunity to create spaces that positively influence people's lives. It is a creative process where I combine aesthetics and functionality to create harmonious and inspiring environments.

/ What do you place particular importance on in spatial planning.
In spatial planning, I place particular importance on integrating personality into the project. This means understanding the individual preferences and lifestyle of the users and incorporating them into the design. Personal elements like favorite colors, special mementos, or custom-made furniture help create a unique and authentic atmosphere. By including personal stories and interests, a space is created that is not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also reflects the identity and character of its inhabitants.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
Self-care plays a significant role for me. It is important for me to take regular breaks from work and family life to meet friends, be physically active, and take time for myself. These moments allow me to recharge my batteries and develop fresh creative ideas so I can offer my clients what they expect from me. By taking care of my own well-being, I can increase my performance and lead a balanced life at the same time.

/ I incorporate a lot of New Work principles into my everyday professional life.
I try to integrate as much as possible of the New Work principles into my daily professional life. For me, this means being flexible and arranging my working hours so that I can balance both professional obligations and family duties. I strive to work efficiently – by spending a lot of time in the home office, setting priorities, and focusing on what is essential. All of this also requires flexibility, understanding, and support from my family.

/ So viel Hobby steckt in meinem Beruf.

/ The highlights of my project routine can be imagined like this.
After a personal meeting with the client, brainstorming begins. All impressions are gathered, and ideas are filtered, which later influence the concept and planning. I still like to use a pencil and sketch paper to divide structures in the floor plan.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
Capoeira is a unique art form that combines physical, mental, and emotional elements, bringing together people from various backgrounds and cultures. Just as the music accompanied by instruments is an integral part of Capoeira practice, helping to determine the rhythm and flow of the movements, I, as Creative Director, orchestrate the creative team of Office Vision®. To create a Gesamtkunstwerk that goes beyond trends, timeless and flexible.

/ Where are the biggest challenges for the office of the future currently?
The world is spinning faster and faster, and we need to react even more quickly to external influences such as diseases, wars, price increases, the shift in skilled workers, and the associated lack of personnel. Additionally, there is the growing responsibility towards the environment.

/ What trends are you currently following in terms of workspaces?
I have never been one to follow or go against a trend. I like the idea of sustainable planning and goal setting. I hope that more companies will come to appreciate the meaningfulness of a clear statement and position themselves visibly accordingly. Nonetheless, I find the trend 'work from anywhere' exciting—the idea of combining travel and an office job and living absolute flexibility.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
I really enjoy playing billiards. Similar to billiards, change management requires strategic planning and the ability to anticipate various steps. The process of playing billiards, where one plans the sequence of several moves in advance, mirrors the planning and implementation of changes in organizations.

/ What fascinates me most about my job.
The people I get to work with.

/ The biggest challenges for the office of the future currently lie in:
Flexibility of mind and space.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
I enjoy hiking and pilgrimages. I love traveling to other countries with a backpack and on my own two feet. After my travels, I return with a wealth of inspiration and ideas, which I incorporate into my designs.

/ How much New Work do you incorporate into your daily professional life?
New Work is part of my working style: I choose the workplace that suits my current task. When I need to concentrate, I stay in my home office; for creative work, I choose different places depending on what I need to do or design; for technical execution, I am at my usual workplace. I don't adapt to the environment; instead, I choose the environment that fits my task at hand.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
I am very interested in 3D objects in my private life. In 3D object design, textures, lighting, and surface materials must be realistically represented. Both in 3D object design and interior architecture, similar design principles apply, such as proportions, color harmony, balance, and functionality. Both areas aim to achieve aesthetically pleasing and functional results.

/ What fascinates me most about my job.
The creative variety we can work with. Sometimes it is challenging to choose a product from all the manufacturers available.

/ The trends I am currently following regarding workspaces.
The reduction of bulky storage to open up and re-experience spaces.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
When I have some spare time, I enjoy sewing. In both sewing and interior architecture, details are crucial. Fine seams, patterns, or embellishments make a difference in sewing. Similarly, details such as furniture, lighting, and decorations are important for the overall design of a space.

/ The highlights of my project routine can be imagined like this.
Exciting kickoff meetings with new clients, design and creative work, material selection and collages, presentations, and hopefully a pleased smile from the client 😊

/ How much New Work do you incorporate into your daily professional life?
I have my small toolbox for my personal needs, as I don’t have a fixed workspace. For meetings on my laptop, I retreat from the open-plan office to a meeting cube.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
I engage in a lot of different sports and recently adopted a shelter dog named Lissy, with whom I spend all my free time trying out various dog sports. In dog sports, the dog's abilities and needs, as well as the training goals, must be considered. Similarly, in interior design, the needs and preferences of the people using the space must be taken into account to create a comfortable and functional environment.

/ What do you place particular importance on in spatial planning?
Due to my professional expertise, I place great emphasis on the relationship between color and identity in a space. Besides many other important aspects, color can have a significant impact on our well-being and performance. Alongside universal connections, the personal and emotional response to color also plays a crucial role. Connecting these factors is how I understand my role.

/ How much New Work do you incorporate into your daily professional life?
Today here, tomorrow there – I like to adapt my environment to my task and frequently change my setting. I also particularly appreciate the flexibility to manage my working hours. This benefits my family time significantly and allows me to focus better at work.

/ There is so much hobby in my profession.
I enjoy hiking or walking in nature with my dog and love jogging. Afterward, I relish cooking and savoring good food and fine wine. Just as preparing dishes is a creative activity where different flavors and textures are combined to create something unique, so it is with plans and designs. For my clients, I create unique and distinctive work and living environments through the blend of various products and materials.

/ What does New Work mean to you?
Modern work environments tailored to the needs of employees, designing new forms of collaboration, and flexible work models.

/ What do you place particular importance on in spatial planning?
Functionality, color design, and aesthetics. It is especially important to me to create a balanced and inspiring atmosphere.
