This setup accommodates the growth of the insurance broker while making the best use of available space. This is a crucial point for MRH Trowe, as board member Lars Meisterheide emphasizes: “Home office has become established. Looking ahead, our employees will not be permanently in the office. In my view, New Work at MRH Trowe means that employees will work in the office three days a week, which fosters company culture, and on other days have the option to work remotely – from home or wherever they find joy.”
